At Feet Fix Chiropody & Podiatry, I am committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring all clients have access to timely appointments. To help me manage my schedule effectively and offer appointments to those in need, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

• I require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.​

• Using FRESHA my online booking system (the link will have been provided to the mobile phone number at the time of booking)​

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency or illness, please contact me as soon as possible — I will do my best to accommodate you without penalty on a case-by-case basis. Please allow as much time as possible to contact me.
